In utter thanksgiving to God for the gift of the priesthood, and of fruitful service in the Lord’s vineyard, the 1992 set of Alumni of the prestigious Seminary of Saints Peter and Paul, Bodija, returned to their alma mater to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their priestly ordination as a unified class. The two-day event, which was celebrated from the 14th – 15th of November, 2017, had the arrival of the celebrants on the initial day, followed by a novelty match between the students of the Theology and Philosophy Departments in honour of the celebrants, a celebration of sung Vespers in the seminary chapel, supper, and finally a refreshing cum entertaining session in the seminary auditorium.

The celebration of the Holy Mass on the next day (15th Nov.) marked the end of the jubilee celebration. The Mass which began at 6:30 a.m. had the First Senior Prefect of the Class as the Chief celebrant, as well as other members of the celebrating class, some of the seminary formators and invited priests. After the celebration of the Holy Mass, there was a group photograph of the Jubilarians, seminary formators and invited priests at the front of St. Peter’s Block.
