The Seminary community was replete with joy as one of her sons, Very Rev. Msgr. Emmanuel Fadeyi, the Secretary to the Papal Nuncio to Cote d'Ivoire, paid a courtesy visit to the Seminary his alma mater. Msgr. Fadeyi, who was ordained in 2003 for the Catholic Archdiocese of Ibadan, is a graduate of Canon Law from the Urbaniana University, and the Pontifical Ecclesiastical Academy, Pontificio Ecclesiastica Academia in Rome, visited the Seminary on Tuesday, December 6, 2016. An interactive session was held with formators and students and his visit ended with the celebration of the community Mass in the Seminary Chapel on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. Among many impacts, the seminarians were made to understand the role and status of papal legates in church-state relationship.
