As we celebrated the Feast of the Conversation of Saint Paul on the 25^th of January, 2020,45 Seminarians,in their second year of Theology, were solemnly admitted as candidates for Sacred Orders.This Rite was administered by Most Rev. Gabriel Leke Abegunrin, the Metropolitan Archbishop of Ibadan EcclesiasticalProvince and Chairman of the Seminary Commission, who presided over the celebration of the Holy Mass. At the homily, the presiding Archbishop encouraged all the candidates to be zealous in their responsibility to preach the gospel as Saint Paul did, noting that, the admittance of candidates for Sacred Orderson the Feast Day of the Conversion of Saint Paul, is significant.

The event ended with a group photograph of the newly admitted candidates with theArchbishop and Formators, after which, other students joined in the joyful mood to congratulate the new candidates. As we congratulate our brothers for this new step and commitment, we pray for sustenance of vocation. Amen.
