This House Officers’ meeting is an exclusive meeting of the Rector and the Office of Dean of Students’ Affairs with all the students who hold any appointed office in the seminary. Addressing this gathering in the tranquil evening on the 27th day of November, 2018; the Rector highlighted Articles 130-131 of the new Ratio Fundamentalis Institutionis Sacerdotalis: “the seminarian is a protagonist in his own vocation…seminarians are likewise responsible for establishing and maintaining a climate of formation that is consistent with the values of the Gospel…are bound…to demonstrate – and not only in their external behavior – that they have internalized an authentically priestly way of life, in humility and in service of their brothers.”

Immediately after the remark, brothers took turns to give departmental reports, class reports and floor reports, each according to his office as it affects the seminary life. This is in fact, the climax and the most interesting part of the meeting.

However, commendations were given where necessary, while appropriate interventions, reactions and corrections were made.
