In union with the Universal Church, the Seminary Community celebrates the Solemnity of Christ the King of the Universe. In this solemnity, we celebrate the reign of Christ, his kingdom which is of justice, peace and love. Following the celebration of the Holy Mass, a Eucharistic procession proper to the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, but owing to the climatic circumstances in the month of June, it is moved to the Solemnity of Christ the King by the Catholic Bishops Conference of Nigeria (CBCN). The celebration of the solemnity of Christ the King marks the end of a liturgical year, another begins with the Season of Advent.
